An extremely lightweight add-on that tracks enemy coolingdowns.
OmniBar's easily customizable solution features an abundance of advanced capabilities.
Customizable Cooldowns
Use the options panel to easily select which cooldowns you would like to monitor:
Build as Many Bars as You Desire
Make as many bars as desired!
Automatically Hide Icons
As soon as a cooldown begins, its icon will be added to the bar, but once finished it will automatically vanish without leaving awkward gaps between bars. This enables more cooldowns to be tracked while eliminating awkward gaps.
Show Unused Icons
Select this option if you would like unused icons to always remain visible; use the Unused Icon Transparency slider to customize their transparency level; check As Enemies Appear to limit them only against arena opponents or enemies targeted during combat.
Track Multiple Players
When two or more people using similar abilities are detected, an icon will be created for them and tracked individually.

Cooldown Count
Blizzard and other addons allow users to display countdown text on icons for countdown timers.
Glow Icons
An animation will appear when an icon is activated.
Visual Tweaks
OmniBar allows for custom configuration of various visual customization features like size, border color and glow intensity as well as columns spacing and padding - in addition to providing Masque support.
Visibility*
Don't just choose OmniBar as part of an in-venue or world combat presentation--show it off everywhere from arenas and battlegrounds, all the way out into space combat environments!
