1* The host must create a Sims 4 household for everyone's sims to play together; while everyone must enable Mods & Scripts and save/exit games before saving & exiting games.

(x86)SteamsteamappscommonThe Sims 4 Mac OS: Users/USER/Applications To reduce connectivity issues and ensure S4MP is working optimally, you should enable it through your Firewall settings and enable access.
6* To connect together on LAN, there are various methods. If all players share one network you may bypass this step altogether. A) Players can individually configure their router settings in order to forward port 7654 through port forwarding; or B) All players may install VPN software emulating local Area Network "LANs."
7* To use S4MP over LAN, navigate to Play on LAN, choose your save game that you are hosting and share its VPN/IP address so others may join.
8* Once all occupants of your room have joined and the save files have synced successfully, press Everyone's Connected followed by Start Game; alternatively if it does not start automatically you may manually initiate playback of it instead.
9* Launch The Sims 4 with your saved game selected and load into your same household; an in-game notification should indicate that multiplayer mode has loaded. For further assistance and list of supported/conflicting mods please join S4MP Discord server!
