Do you get too many DBM updates per day?
On an average, Curse can push multiple alpha versions. These versions could contain new and important features as well as bug fixes to the cutting edge raid content. They are marked as beta, and will not automatically be downloaded. If you'd like to get the latest version, set your addon to "alpha" (which may have bugs; downloads marked "Beta", "Release", or other stable versions are released more frequently).
To control the update frequency, right click DBM in the list of addon clients and select your preferred release type.
Brawlers guild, Brawlers raids, Brawlers dungeons, and special events mods
Raid warnings with colored icons (players are color coded according to class), and direct messaging. DBM is designed to tell you what you should do, and not simply show you the spell name.
Filtering out information that you don't require for your role or can't control (such as what happens on cooldown) will allow you to focus more on what is important. You can also disable the filters to give leaders a broader view of events.
Auto-respond when fighting bosses. DBM informs anyone whispering you that you're busy during boss battles. The messages include the name of the boss, its health and the status of the raid. The feature can be turned off by the player, or even the raid leader.
When they're about to expire, bars can be expanded with custom effects
The bars will not only display the time left, but also use colors and icons that indicate what kind of abilities are coming. DBM is designed to make it easy for you to process all of these bars.
You had a crash or disconnect during a fight with a boss? No problem for DBM! DBM will ask for the combat status and timer information of other DBM users within your raid group. You get your timers!
Information frames that are used to display fights overviews, or mechanics specific to a fight. This helps you to get the information needed at a glance.
All boss mods can be removed, updated or exchanged separately.
All boss mods will load when needed. They don't consume memory or CPU until you start the instance.
You can customize the flashes, sounds and warnings to suit your specific needs.
SharedMedia support allows you to use textures and sounds that are externally sourced for your bars.
