Better Block Staffs

The video Lucky Block Staff by Alan Becker is the inspiration for this mod. The Command Staff and all its variants are brought to Minecraft by this mod. It is my goal to add all the staffs shown in this video, with their unique abilities. There are currently 12 staffs available, plus the one that is empty. As there is no way to get the staffs currently without using cheats, you can just play with your friends and have some fun.
