The modpack is mainly a collection of Quality of Life enhancements for the Vanilla+ experience. Added to this are some mods that provide more advanced experiences, not usually found in Vanilla. However, they do not change the core feel of Vanilla.
Manually, I tested the mod compatibility with version 1.19.2. It was always intended to use this modpack with version 1.20, but you can use it in 1.19.2. The modpack has a 1.19.2 variant that will be updated less frequently, but its main purpose is to compile all the 1.20 updates of mods.

The modpack can be downloaded in two different versions. This version can be used directly from the CurseForge Launcher. Server versions include html files that link each mod to the server. The Server Version is included for those who want to use this modpack on their own server.
Following are the mods that can only be found in Client and Sever versions. The following is a summary, but not exhaustive list of mods that are included in each version. A complete list is available on Google Spreadsheet.
Server:
Clumps – Combines XP Orbs in order to reduce server lag.
The fastest way to get those leaves gone is by using Fast Leaf Decay.
Login protection - This prevents the player from dying after logging in or changing dimensions for a brief period.
The Nether Portal fix - come out of the portal that you entered.
Client:
Optifine, although recommended, is not available at this time.
Light Overlay requires the Architectury API.
The screen interface for the Advancement page has been improved to allow easier navigation.
Cloth Config API is required to use Light Overlay.
Iceberg Library requires Item Highlighter
Highlights items that have been recently picked up.
ItemLocks: Prevents accidental moving of items.
The Light Overlay gives an indication as to the likelihood of hostile mobs appearing based on light levels.
Get multiple recipes by cycling between different items.
Both:
Modifying the GUI to increase accessibility.
Options for decorative blocks and items are expanded.
Expanding food and agriculture.
The Vanilla Vehicles and Weapons.
Addition mobs.
Structures and generation of villages improved.
Lootr.
Straw Golems.
Plushies.
Botania!
Waystones!
Gravestones!
Tinkers' Construct will be released in the very near future as a version 1.19.X. The list will also be updated if a version 1.20 is completed.
There is no mention of expected updates for MrCrayfish’s Vehicle Mod. However, it's the only mod I feel comes close to Vanilla. The list will be updated if a shadow release for 1.20 is released.
Silent Gear was not well received by the players, and so has been taken out of the main files. The mod has been retained in a fork. The mod will be kept alongside the main files.
Just kidding! Silent Gems must be present for the modpack to work. Silent Gems or Silent Lib will work as standalone mods if that is all you have installed. Otherwise, they can cause problems. Silent Gear was required to initialize the server, but Client only launched occasionally.

Shader Complementary Reimagined has been recommended for compatibility with PureBDCraft.
Both are required.
The Google Spreadsheet contains links for texture patches compatible with all mods, if you choose to use PureBDCraft.
Not all mods have PureBDCraft patches. It is recommended that you use it if you don't mind a mix of Vanilla style textures with PureBDCraft-styled textures.
