You may not claim ownership of the textures or pack.

Feel free to edit textures and use them in game (by loading the Minecraft pack via the client). You may use the textures for your own personal use, but you cannot distribute them without my permission.

Please do not upload the package elsewhere. This is for the protection of the integrity of the pack and centralizing comments/critiques that could help me improve it.

You are free to make screenshots/videos in/from Minecraft when using the content/assets of this pack (by loading the entire pack through Minecraft) or any part thereof. This can be done with or without commercial intent (crediting must always accompany the distribution).

This only applies to the server resourcepack prompt (serverside resourcepack) and does not include hosting this pack on a forum/website. The server resourcepack (serverside) is the only resource pack that can be distributed.
