Since 2015, all game settings will be standardised

This was written during BFA as an experiment to see what hidden lighting and weather settings could be.

This addon brings console variable management to settings in games that may or may be available regularly. This project aimed to standardize console variable management updates to eliminate guesswork or researching involved when changing many of the settings available in games. Not all settings have been added, but I've included those that I thought were important or interesting.
