Unitframes:

Choose health color based on: gradient, class or your selection. friend/hostile/neutral

There are too many tweaks to mention them all.

Combat Indicator tracks fake combat, as well as when pets are sent to attack.

Out of Combat Timer: displays a counter when an opponent in the arena is about to leave combat.

Aura resizer built-in for buffs/debuffs in Target/FocusFrame. *

SnowFallKeyPress is integrated into Dominos, Bartender4 or the default actionbar.

Nameplates can be changed to Arena123

Auto accept raid ready checks

If you don't know what you are doing, I recommend that you do not combine RougeUI with any other UI Addon to prevent possible conflicts.
