TOOL gives builders full control of object positioning, elevation, rotating, and scaling.
Have you ever seen a building with picture frames that lean? Couch pillows? Perhaps a rug on the wall as tapestry.
The tool they used was TOOL
It's possible to get complex with this tool. Some players have built entire buildings and vehicles from smaller pieces that were cleverly altered using TOOL.
TOOL is only available in Live mode, however by installing Better BuildBuy it can be used in Build mode. This will give you a more comfortable experience.
Install Better BuildBuy as well.
This mode is similar to regular TOOL except that you are automatically placed into TOOL mode whenever the TOOL dialogue is opened.
Press Shift + T to toggle TOOL into build mode
Shift+clicking will also automatically create a box for the group. It can also be combined with the Toggle group button in order to highlight multiple objects simultaneously.
If the TOOL extension has been opened, the TOOL will undo/redo when ctrl+z is pressed. The buildbuy redo/undo function still works. When TOOL is shut down, buildbuy undo will still work.
