With this Mod, it is now easier than ever before to have roommates living alongside you!
How to Find Roommates
Either online via Computer or Phone under "LMS Roommates Service", homelessness must be the criterion. Mind the Age Limit if adding Families as roommates; Toddlers cannot be added without Parents as Roommates as this would violate Game rules ;)
As with Toddlers, pets may also make good roommates (though likely won't work without having their owners as Roommates too).
Roommates in my Gameplay included four, so it should be possible for you to manage up to twenty roommates at once.
Soon thereafter they will arrive and seamlessly integrate themselves into the roommate situation.
What Roommates Do
Roommates act in much the same manner as normal Sims; each Friday they pay 500$ in rent to renters.
These children attend school or work (if they have real jobs). After they arrive they won't come straight back home on their own unless you call them via telephone; to prevent this add the Roommate Lot Trait to your Home Lot - once added they should come right home after School/Work has concluded!
As soon as your Roommates become pregnant while living with you, a notification will appear with details on who got pregnant and the other parent involved. They won't be able to give birth while being your Roommate so to facilitate this, the agreement must be cancelled immediately or they must move into your Household so they may give Birth.
Roommates (Young Adult Adult) without careers will get an opportunity to select their own profession on their own.
Travel with Roommates You may travel with Roommates to Clubs and back, automatically returning them into a Roommate Situation when returning Home. On Roommate Sims this option can be found under "Roommate Pie Menu."
Precede your urine release by visiting the bathroom (this may give them motivation to use the facility more often). (Doing this will also show them you value using toilet facilities!)
Your body reeks. Please get cleaned up, take a shower/bath. (Doing this will give them encouragement to go take one!)
Sleep should come soon enough now; maybe help repair some broken items instead (this should give them a boost towards fixing things)

Door - Open Door for Roommate (Under Allow Access When the Door Is Looked Into).

Other new Interactions on Phones
Call Roommate Home. In cases where individuals don't come home after school/work on their own, calling them back with this is necessary. Cancel Roommate Agreement.
How to Dismiss Roommates for Good
Submit an RMA Cancellation Request via Phone (under Household Menu) or TargetSim.
Important Information:
For best results, I strongly suggest selecting all Households where Roomates reside so the Game won't unintentionally exclude them.
Once it was happening to me that Game or Mods (like MCCC ) moved my "Homeless" roommates into empty houses without my consent; once that happens the Mod won't function as intended anymore since these homeless Sims must remain homeless in order for it to work effectively. Reload and change Settings so no mod or game setting moves your Homeless Sims into houses again or cancel Roommate Agreements then make them Homeless so they become your Roommates once more.
Add an optional Hide Interactions Addon which converts Lot Traits to Challenges since there can only ever be three Lot Traits but unlimited Challenges
Mod Recommendations
Get them to make meals/cook/bake for you (such as sending to bed/beach etc) before calling to arrange meal delivery; or generally all around them...
