Give the gift of spending this Weekend away... Send Your Teens Stay With A Friend For Fun Have Fun This Weekend by Sending Off your kids on visits... Or have your Teens stay with friends who they trust....
This Mod allows you to send Household Members off for some short stays with family or friends for several days at a time.
How Does the Mod Work; Our Mod works to allow Household Members to spend quality time together:
Simply open your Phone, go into Social and select "Spend Weekend With". Remember when choosing which Sim you click for an interaction that the active Sim cannot be picked up!
Your selected Sim (referred to here as Sim A) will come over and collect any Household Members you might need (referred to as Sim B here) who live within it.
Sim A will appear on your Lot and open up a Simpicker Menu where you can select Sim B, who will leave to spend some time with Sim A before going back home with him/her! Keep in mind: selecting Sim B will remove him or her from your Household to add them into Sim A's Household Size limit of 8.
After Sim A has called over Sim B, another Simpicker window will pop-up allowing you to choose multiple Sims/Pets to be picked up by Sim A (and optionally Pets for some quality time away from Sim A). When ready, just click X (Esc/Close) in Simpicker Window!
Sim A should depart the Lot 30 Minutes after arriving, giving her enough time to send some Sims/Pets with them.
Allow House Members to return:
From the Phone Menu's Social section you'll be able to call Household Members Home when one "is away".
As with the "Spend Weekend With" interaction, one Simpicker will pop up for each Household Member you can call back home. If none should come home just click X (Esc/Close).
Your chosen Household members will return home and will be included into your Household.
At any point in time you can temporarily send away any Sim or Pet from the Household to wherever they may go for as long as desired. Once they return they will have received a hidden trait which prevents death, aging, and culling as normal - when teens/children return they will also have their homework taken care of automatically!
Sims who travel away have an overall 40% chance of making new Friends (if there are "unmet" Sims available of similar Age). Loner/evil Sims have lower odds while Outgoing/SociallyGifted Sims will have greater ones.
Sims may learn some valuable life and skills lessons while being away, while pets provide needed companionship and provide comforting companionship.
Since Sim B will now become a non-player character after leaving your Household, the Game will treat them accordingly! For instance, when they leave your lot they might receive the message, "I really have to go now bla bla", or they could even serve as Walk bys! Unfortunately I cannot prevent such actions!
Dependent upon your PC/Game Setting/Number of Mods/CC and weather conditions such as heavy Snow or Rain, Simpicker could take some time to appear; please give them enough time!
If the Simpicker closes unexpectedly or the Close/ESC button is accidentally clicked too early, or for whatever other reason closes unexpectedly, resuming Pick Up Loop via Pie Menu Spend Weekend With on Sim A "I'm here to pick up". In addition, using Pie Menu "Ask To Leave Sim A" they may request to depart before closing/ESCping out completely and giving way for other people to pick them up instead of yourself. You may also utilise Pie Menu "Ask To Leave Sim A", giving permission for them to leave immediately without disrupting Pick Up Loop Pick Up Loop restart.
Optional Addon for Aging/Death Protection (Risky Addon): With its support, death and aging do not have to become handicapping factors!

More Infos:
Be mindful when installing this Mod that other Mods could potentially interfere and nullify it; particularly those which add Gameplay elements to NPCs around your Lot! Other situations (Fire/Death), too, could impact them and cancel out my interactions! Likewise for ingame Situations such as Fire/Death which impact NPCs around them! So technically an NPC may pick up Sim but does not give Loot so I can call them back; you will then need to add them via ingame Options instead; hopefully I can prevent this happening and will do my best!
