Fix Inapproprate Early Morning Agency Calls

It will fix that annoying popup "Select GIG ..." in the mornings (4.00-6:00am) when you're not a Freelancer

Zer0 made a cover for Makers

The version includes both interior decorators and makers.

You won't get these calls anymore unless (as EA originally wanted to do it work) you are a freelancer for these categories.

This was very annoying to me, and i also saw many other people.
