The 3/7 update notes:
The new feature is that it can be placed or moved in the Sims' inventory at any given time. (No scripts)
Important information:
My objects have been designed using the game as a base. No scripts or EXE files will be added.
A garden arch painting. It is easily moved or stored in any number of places, including a Sims' inventory, storage bins and backpacks, bookcases, dorm storage bins for students, craft tables, retail shelves, etc. This keeps the sims satisfied and improves their environmental score.
