Create Quality of Life Changes.

Enhance Inventory Levels at Crafting Stations and Storage Boxes and Enable Custom Names/Locking for Containers
Reduce/Eliminate Noise From Many Structures with Permanent Audio Systems/Utilization in Place Until Further Notice (PAINST).

This mod serves both as a testbed for future standalone structure mods as well as serving as an incubator of change: you can test any changes here before rolling them over later!
