Resource Tracker WIP

A simple mod that allows you to track down some of the rare resources on the island.

Tracking can be activated by holding down R (may need to respawn first to see the option)

When tracking is active an icon on your hud will appear to show you the nearest location of a resource node if one is found close by, this will not show resources if they are out of range (about 50 foundations wide)

Currently the list is limited due to some issues with other resource nodes that needs more testing.
