At Level 1, a Mining Drill is unlocked with zero Engram Points required to learn. Crafting is accomplished using 25 Crystals, 25 Metal Ingots and 25 Polymers from Inventory; then using Gasoline (1 bottle required to activate). No Overheat. Unlimited Durability.
Reduces all Resource Weight by 90% (75% original settings). Compatible with my https://curseforge.com/ark-survival-ascended/mods/op-craftable-tek-stryder mod (Enable Resource Collection from Nearby Mining Drills).

Bugs:

Due to crashes (DevKit issue), I removed the beam effect; however, its impact effect is still apparent on resource nodes although you won't see any beam coming out of a drill rig.
