Prevent Hibernation

For this mod to function successfully, all wild dinosaurs must first be destroyed.

This mod disables hibernation and ensures you no longer require the start argument -preventHibernation when installing mods requiring it in singleplayer, especially console players who utilise mods requiring it as part of singleplayer mods requiring this mod -preventHibernation is therefore unnecessary on dedicated servers and should simply be disabled altogether.
