Quality of life improvements and admin tools. Intended for use on Ark Empire's server cluster. Request additional items on discord.

Currently includes the following from the Ark Survival Evolved mod called Structures Plus (S+), all renamed to Ark Empire (AE) items to respect the request of orionsun. All credit to orionsun, I just made some things work properly in ASA. If you notice any left over S+ text, please let me know immediately, Thanks!
