Weapon Reblance

Changes for a small personal server.

Balance philosophy was to make weapons feel different from each other and have them be more viable for pure PvE. Shotgun damage nerfed and spread & pellet count increased to better balance range vs damage output. Sawn-Off Shotgun now fires both barrels with a great spread and double the pellet count for a different higher burst damage role than the Pump-Action Shotgun. Increased damage and decreased fire speed of Assault rifle and fabricated pistol to increase ammo total damage value. Remaped weapons so they appear in loot drops.

Changed Weapon stats below:

Simple Pistol

Damage = 100 -> 85 Time Between Shots = 0.275 -> 0.175 Weight = 5 Durability = 60

Fabricated Pistol

Damage = 50 -> 75 Time Between Shots = -> 0.4 Ammo Per Clip = 13 -> 14 Weight = 2.5 Durability = 210

Assault Rifle

Damage = 47 -> 57 Time Between Shots = 0.1 -> 0.16 Weight = 10 Durability = 40

Sawn-Off Shotgun

Damage = 48x10 -> 33x40 Weapon Spread = 20.0 -> 35.0 Consumes 2 Ammo per shot now. (Both Barrels) Weight = 10 Durability = 300 -> 100

Pump-Action Shotgun

Damage = 46x14 -> 20x20 Weapon Spread = 20.0 -> 25.0 Weight = 15 Durability = 300

Fabricated Sniper Rifle

Damage = 165 Weight = 25 Durability = 70 -> 300 - 1.
