Originally this was just an exercise in design when gizmos first came out for KSP that was inspired by my messing around with the config file for the ion engines (increasing thrust, making them dual mode, relation of electric charge to thrust vs throttle, etc.). The goal was to build a ship that resembled the Enterprise and have it have a functional bridge that I could slap those ion engines on.
As a stock set/prop, this craft file lacks the means to actually travel anywhere quickly or be practical, so you'll need either lots of patience using the nuclear engines (which has tons and tons of delta V but a garbage TWR), or you can use hyperedit, or you can empty it of all fuel and use the infinite fuel cheat.
FYI: this doesn't include a launch vehicle, so you'll have to figure out your own way to get it into orbit.
