Flight model is the same as last time, i feel like it's my responsibility to fix any planes that are not up to Par of flyable.
NOT FOR SLOW COMPUTERS. normally we here at phantom aero try to keep the planes usable for those of you with slow computers or those who play without mods. this means low parts and no mods. that rule has not only been thrown out the window with this one, but it's been smacked out the window with a car. 359 parts, 8 engines and a lot of drag to model.
A truly massive cargo plane, i know i say "largest plane ever from us" almost every time i make another post but this truly takes the cake.
now what PBAP means, i'll leave up to you. but P, B and P mean phantom aerospace, big, and plane, the A is up to your imagination
powered by 8 goliaths, it's plenty fast. during testing it reached 232 m/s and was still accelerating.
If taking off from the runway, this will not take off until the end-ramp.
If taking off in the foot hills, find a fairly flat stretch with a "ramp" at the end. take off speed with a ramp should be about 70-80 m/s
If in a field, get to about 135 m/s and hold S while retracting landing gear, give it about 1/2-1 second and extend the landing gear. tap, wait a bit, tap.
most things will need to be latched into the cargo bay. for stock players this means docking ports. for modders i suggest K.A.S. (or kerbal attachment system) this plane does not have this pre-installed in an effort to keep part count low.
this plane was designed for multiple small loads, but with modification, can lift larger loads.
