Engine ISP multiplier - Customizable

simple module manager patch to change all engine or rcs part ISP/fuel effieciency so you don't have to manually edit each file.

by default the engine multiplier is set to 1.5 and 8.5 Isp. you can change the amount of multiplier by editing this file = ( OraclePatch/Patches/EngineISP.cfg )

you can change the bold number to whatever you like, although i wouldn't recommend setting engine multiplier too high because at 2.5 multiplier you can basically launch a 5 ton payload to orbit with just a single starter engine

NOTE;

-Require Module Manager

 - ignore the game version info.
   The mod will most likely work on all version of ksp including future update.
