Just a bit of play with in-game parts - 'Dawn' engine and RCS block.

As you probably know, the main implication of ion thrusters is reaction control - where you need to make tiny course corrections, but for a very long time. Some Hall effect thrusters are still operational even after 40-50 years in space!

But in the game there's only one application for xenon fuel - the ion engine.

I felt a bit disappointed by this fact and decided to make my move. I have combined parts of two files - for RCS and ion engine - and here I have the brand new Ionic RCS.

Ionic RCS block has following characteristecs:

- Mass - 15kg per block;

- Isp - 3500 s

- Thrust - 0.1 kN

It consumes approx. 0.45 electricity and 0.025 xenon fuel per second. Four blocks would have mass 0.06t, thrust 0.4kN and consume 1.8/0.1 respectively.
