Simple addon to hide the button for the Interface Menu.

• Adds a pin button to show the Interface Menu
• Commands: /interfacemenu and /im (Open interface menu)

*** It do not replace the official Carbine addon, can be moved/scaled with Movable Frames (by elidion)
