Simple addon to remove the base artwork from the Stalker Resource Bar and tweaks it's behavior. Cleaner look.

• Always show resource number
• Bar color changes based on suit power (<35 = Green Bar, >35 = Blue Bar)
• Entering/leaving combat no longer alters bar

It do not replace the official Carbine addon, can be moved/scaled with Movable Frames (by elidion)
