Friends For All - Translate Cross faction chat

Pretty much what the title says.

 

When someone sends you cross faction chat (those weird alien text chat) this addon will parse the data, and output an english readable text in /emote


this is the first release, so need to add more functionality (i.e change translated channel from /emote to user picked channel) at a later date
