Adds a confirmation window for when you accidentally press "Resurrect Here", imitating the style and function of the "Exit Instance" confirmation window.

In 1.1, added /resurrect to force a resurrection to the nearest holo-crypt. It is only for when your UI bugs out, and it will not close the death/resurrect window if your UI is working correctly.

I made this like a week or two ago when I accidentally spend 7g50s because I misclicked, and now I've finally gotten around to uploading it. It's simple and worked smoothly when I tested it on a low-level alt, but if there's any issues let me know.
