This add-on replaces the default Carbine Death window.

Most of it looks the same, the only differences are:

• Upon selecting 'Wake here' you are given a confirmation window. This to avoid the accidental miss-clicks at lvl 50, which can get expensive.
• The order has been changed to be more logical. Top to bottom: Resurrect at holocrypt, 'wake here'.
• If someone (option to select any player or only group members) is casting a resurrect on you, you will get a timer instead of the 'Wake Here' button
• If you've received a resurrect from a player the 'wake here'  button will change to 'resurrect at caster'.
• If in an instance and you've received a resurrect from a player the resurrect at holocrypt will change to resurrect at caster.
• Added an options window to turn off the 'Wake Here' confirmation window and the incoming resurrect timer and to select if you only want the timer to show for members of your group. (/death)

Most of the code was done by the default Carbine add-on. I just applied a few filters and changed the position of a few buttons.
