Welcome to Loot Only Challenge! The goal is to beat the game with only items obtained from Monster drops! There are 24 Biome Islands and 10 Boss Arenas you can teleport to from a hub! The map comes with everything you will need to get started. The main housing area has the Guide, Arms Dealer, Goblin Tinkerer, Merchant and Nurse. There are 8 Locked Chests that contain Life Crystals and other accessories that aren’t necessary for completing but will help a lot. That’s about it! GOOD LUCK!

 

Rules:

 

Remove all starter items upon making a new character

 

You are allowed to buy ammo, potions and accessories from NPCs including the Traveling Merchant and Skeleton Merchant. Absolutely no weapons or armor are allowed to be purchased!

 

You may collect Fallen Stars, Critters and Life Fruit, as well as Mushrooms and things that grow on the ground like Cobwebs.

 

The Tinkerer’s Reforge option is allowed to be used

 

Please do not move any of the other NPCs to the vacant housing by the Dungeon, that is only for the Clothier to live in for farming Skeletron

 

Do not mine and sell any of the decorations

 

 

Notes:

 

There are 6 Biome Chests that each have their respective Biome Chest Weapon and 2 accessories. There is a Golden Chest that contains 9 Life Crystals and some starter accessories but can only be opened after Skeletron is defeated.

 

There is a Locked Shadow Chest as well but it can only be reached once you have obtained a Rod of Discord, this chest has the remaining 6 life crystals in it
