Successor of WebLinks: Add URL Support to the game

• make URLs clickable (opens the URL)
• make URLs easily copyable by [Shift]+[Left click]
• no Action with [Ctrl]+[Left click]
• supports links starting with https and www

Additional changes to WebLinks:

• Parses TeamSpeak links correctly, i.e. supports the ts3server protocol and many more
• Doesn't fuck up character names that contain 'www'
