This project's goal is to bring roleplaying maps to Starcraft 2, in a similar fashion to how they existed in Warcraft 3, while solving the inherent problems that existed at the time.

Cortex takes a unique approach to roleplaying maps. No longer will multiple teams need to re-do all the footwork for triggers that every single map needs, that are all (mostly) the same. Cortex aims to provide a flexible and extendable API to roleplay map makers who want to make a great roleplay without wasting time re-making commands that already exist in other maps.
