I was asked to have an entire UI that matches those AddOns.
So here it is :)

This AddOn can be in English or in French , depending on your choice.
If someone wants to translate it into another language please contact me!

Functionalities:
New Player's HP, Magicka and Stamina Bars (Current and Percent)
New Player's Damage Shield display (amount and percent bar)

New Target's HP, Magicka and Stamina Bars
New Target's Damage Shield display (amount)
Shows Target's Faction

Target's Shows Target
Shows Target's Target HP, Magicka and Stamina Bars

Shows Player's Buffs and Debuffs
Shows Target's Buffs and Debuffs
Shows Buffs and Debuffs Timer and Stack Count

Shows Player's CastBar
Shows Target's CastBar
Shows Target's Target CastBar

New Horse's Stamina Bar
New Siege Weapon's Health Bar

Shows Game's Memory Usage
Choose between English or French Language

All frames are movable
You can change the scale of each frame
Full Settings Panel (from LibAddonMenu )

Commands are:

• Most settings are under the Game Settings Panel.
• /wlh move : Allows you to move all frames.
• /wlh reset : Reset all Frames Position to default.

Known Issues:
Some Buffs/Debuffs icons are missing. They are missing from the game

Features:
New Life, Magic and Vitality Bars for the Player
New display for the Player's damage shield (amount and percentage bar)

New Life, Magic and Vitality Bars for the Target
New display for the Target's damage shield (amount)
Shows the Target's Faction

Shows Target's Target
Shows Life, Magic, and Vitality Bars for Target's Target

Shows Player's Upgrades and Debuffs
Shows Target's Upgrades and Debuffs
Shows a Timer for Upgrades and Debuffs as well as stacking

Shows the Player's Spell Casting Bar
Shows the Target's Spell Casting Bar
Shows the Target's Spell Casting Bar for the Target

New Vitality Bar for Horses
Choose between French and English languages.

All Frames are movable.

All the windows can be changed to
all the windows in the big ones and we can read
the complete set of menus (from LibAddonMenu )

Commands are:

• Die meisten Einstellungen sind im Spiel Einstellungen Menü.
• /wlh move : Erlaubt alle Fenster zu verschieben.
• /wlh reset : Set all the windows to the original instructions.

Please note:
The color of the Buff/DeBuff Timer is not perfect.
Start Buff/Debuff Icons at night. Diese sind noch nicht im Spiel
