Held Particle Sources

Description

Whenever you (or mobs)  hold certain blocks or items they will produce particles periodically. They will also emit particles when on the ground waiting to be picked up.

 

In some cases the on the ground particle is slightly different than the held. Also, the block particles i used weren't always 100% accurate with the placed block (honey for example didn't really work well. so i went with a different particle)

 

The particles over the hand for held items are a "best approximation" as you can't really attach the particles to the hand or the item in the way you might like. The particle position varies based on camera view/angle.

 

There is no lighting with this addon. though it'll work fine with the other addon i made that puts lights ources where the player is for the blocks they hold.
