Allows Noctis to use most warp points across the landscape of Lucis out of combat.
The range on the ground warps is way longer than aerial warps, which remain at their normal range.
There are a few objects like windmills and towers with warps this won't affect, and dungeons and cities are untouched as well for now. Possible update for Altissia and Insomnia soon™.
